Life is a hen
In search of its chicks, hidden around
Through tunnels
Across rivers
Around mountains
Over seas
On clouds
Into dark planetary space
In thick jungles
Life is a hen
Lost on its path from home
and its parents
ancestors
When the chicks are found
In its eyes, of wet shaky love
The hen loses itself, in delirium
To live no more
When the home is discovered
On its feet, of slippery nerves
The hen finds itself, disillusioned
Losing, the will to live more
