It’s what the morning said today
in nimble paragraphs ,
A rabbit read the words so loud
I thought the earth would laugh !

A mule chimed in with such a din
the palms had prickly ears!
The rocks were playing ricochet
and echoing the tears.

A lonely man united realms
The rack of love lost
And in the blue firmament
The sting of man was tossed !
