Limerick: Pleasing Others

by Venkat

Poetry challenge: Limerick.

How does pleasing others fail?

A missed hit on the head of a nail

By burning your own joy as a toast

Joy of doing what you love most

In the end to satisfy none and wail

  2. Hi,Venkat,

You aren’t made to wail by trying to ‘please others’. A lovely limerick.Your spiritual leanings are good.
