Imagination is the mind’s ability to form new ideas, images, or concepts of things not present to the senses, combining past experiences or creating entirely new scenarios, crucial for creativity, problem-solving, and understanding hypothetical situations. It’s the faculty that lets us picture the unreal, invent stories, plan the future, and appreciate art, acting as a bridge between internal thoughts and external reality.
