harbingers

by Dave

dove rises
across
the expanse
of grey morning sky.

a promise
of gentle
rain

The robins
breast
stained
blood red

snow capped
winter woven
in her sad song.

murder of
a million
magpies

meaningless.

  1. Classic and profound imagery. Beautiful.

  2. That is poetry, perfect end.

  3. Beautiful. Also to be noted that there are more to the splendid words stated here. Much more, I think.
