Poetry challenge: Monorhyme

A piece of clay
Bake and play
I had this day
Nothing to say
Don’t wanna stay


I’ll walk beside the bay
Will just beg and pray
that still I may
survive and see the sun’s ray
til tomorrow and forever and a day
