PLAYING HOOKY

Since School Is Back In Session
And I Never Got To Play Hooky
Way Back When
It Seems The Idea Of It
Makes Me Feel Happy
(Some Call It A Vacation
But I Like The Rebel Sound
Of “Hooky” Instead)

I Will Be In A Cabin
On The Big Blue Desert
In Search Of The Midnight Sun
And Some Additional Fun

I Hope You Will Miss Me
While I’m Gone???
It Won’t Be Too Long!!

Can’t deny that these times are harsh
Unemployment is skyrocketing
Life no longer plush
 
Can’t afford a movie
Or going out to eat
Forget about a vacation
It’s simply not allowed
