Desire Fountain

 

Slide wild, penetrate the fever

Light shimmers in testimony to beauty

Catch the eye

A passing glance

A red dress marked contrast to the marble shining

Why this won’t work

I would not mind if you sat here,
fallen asleep beside me on the sofa;
I would put a plaid over you
and watch you sleep.
