Skies I folded, into my heart
Yet clouds buzzed, as bees do
Till a love poured, of new tastes
The Sun I rolled, onto my mind
Yet shadows curled, as creepers do
Till a love bloomed, in new shades

Vision of Truth Residing in Me;
Light of Eternal Compass, Showing
The Brightness and Darkness Within me, Glowing.

Do others accept me in the way that I believe
Do I correctly interpret the looks that I receive.

Coiled tight
Waiting for time
A spring of energy
Wound by its own thoughts
Born in our nature
Looks to unwind

Be appealing to the eye but my mouth waters at the smell
Of their odor coming from a high breeze blowing…
How did I forget to pick them?

I no longer hurry to the passing minutes
Watching dawn fade into sunset shades…
Time reels in and out
Like catching a swooping fish that misses
The hook but must swim the race…
