We all know and have used that expression about the recurrence of things that seem to find their way into our lives. Mostly, insignificant things in the big picture, but things that happen enough times that we think that we would have accumulated a small fortune had we been remunerated every time they happened.
Being a sports fan can be tough. Sports has live drama unfolding before your eyes and the emotional relationship between fans and their team is amped up geometrically by that dynamic. “Fan” is from “fanatic.”
I am a sports fan. Not fanatical about my pro sports teams. Certifiable about my CLEMSON TIGERS. Ask my Ohio State friends. But this is about baseball and this years playoffs.
