A heart full of tender love,

there is a hole in my stomach
that i dug myself
with scooping hands
shaped with inattention
so i do this unknowingly
like snoring in sleep
i become aware of this
hollow alcove
when i jump into the
immediacy that is reality
when my actions (or inaction)
catch up with me
