Experience – Here it goes, there it comes..

The mental demand for permanence in an experience is a source of discomfort.

No experience, be it that of sight, sound, taste, smell, touch, feel or relation(ship) is sustained permanently.

Hold them, exposed high
So I can see

My feelings
See them, worn low
So you can hold

We stand in distances
We love to think of
We think in whispers
We love to touch

The steps were wet after the morning rain
As we tried to capture a spider’s web.

Frogs

we live as frogs
that leap occasional
from one mire to another

When You Are In Me

When you express fear
I feel my spine shiver
Twitching me far and near
Scarring me as a lava river

When you are in grief
I have my heart in eyes
Though death be brief
My soul goes where yours lies

Life

Life, an endless road

To look around, to watch

Discern a wild leaf from a toad

Take one’s spirit up a notch

A persistent search inward to see

To read what you really are

Not imagine what you should be

A wise path to take you far
