Modern hands unveil me as prized possessions –

Freeze frame me in images
Sarcophagus, symbols, hieroglyphics
Scrolls, papyrus, pottery
Sample my mummified remains
Yet, I remain obscure
Great minds seek the unknown
In agony, some concede
In ecstasy some succeed, relentless
