First daisy down there
in the grass
waiting for me
as I passed
Radient with sunshine flare
I took a pic
to onward share
and with the green
a painting framed
as gilt-edged it
the Springtime named

Daisy II

Wild daisies in the field
caught a moment there
whimsical they capture
a thing I had to share
So I got down to their level
as that seemed the thing to do
to take this lovely picture
which I’m sharing here with you

Dandelions & Daisies

Have you noticed with the dandelions
that when the sun comes out
So do their yellow flowers
as it’s what they are about
It’s just the same with daisies
(and yes, I know that both are weeds)
But both reflect the sunshine
and that’s often what I need
