14th Feb was poets corner best ever day for views with 822 views marvellous.

And it’s all down to the hard work that the authors put into poets corner.

I have not been on the web since Monday.

I took a stroke on Tuesday morning, not to severe, going to be left with a gamey right side, its turning right when I’m going left

so its now a job for me to learn to walk properly, but i will do it

To My Fellow Poets

I received my first book of poetry at a very young age. The book was lined with Victorian love poems – at ten tender years of age, what does a young girl know of love lines and sonnets? I had no idea what was intended in the lines, but my love for reading would not allow me to put the book down so, on and on I read. When I came upon a word whose definition was a mystery, I’d scan my Webster Dictionary for the meaning most appropriate to the sentence structure.

To-day Poets Corner reached a milestone for a blog.

We have passed the 100,000 visitors mark.

And it’s with thanks to you all, authors and non-authors for all your poems that we have achieved this.

Poets corner has just received a new award from Karen at Drawing room days and i thank her very much for it.

Translation.

We now have a translation page on site for our many overseas visitors to help them read and understand all the poetry by our authors.

We have had visitors from about 130 countries so far.

I would like to hear your thoughts on changing the categories to a drop down list, because its getting very long.

It still means that when people click it they will be able to see all the authors names and their poems.
