To My Mom

This is a short poem I made for my mom, an advance greeting for mother’s day.

She’s in Guam while I’m in the Philippines 🙂

Everywhere I go,

I’ll always bring.

The broken memory,

Of a love once known.

Listen as I pray,

Playful as a dot,

I just hate how you give me that feeling,

Longing you but wanting you to go far.

Beside you I am bleeding,

When you go you leave me a scar.

Distant when I see,

A Love Letter

To my deepest and most loved desire,

I want you to know, that if I won’t have you today, then I will have you tomorrow. And if that can’t be, I’ll forever be in sorrow.

For your arms are my palace, I will never find any other place, that will give me much happiness from your embrace.

Everything I utter, I ask you to consider.

I will give a love so divine, if you could just be mine.

I profess the affection I can’t hide anymore,

Love which you give bittersweet flavor.

Over the time which caused pain in my splendor.

Victory to me is such a huge favor.

Eager enough for your elusive reply,

Kind you are, but left me a sigh,

I realize I get nothing and just cry,

Rift away and off we fly.

The True Meaning

To be unloved by you; I feel unloved by the world.

Seeing you with that woman; is seeing an angel speak to death.

Just a glimpse of you; is a view from top of the mountain.

A joke from you; are tickles in my heart.

A simple pat from you; is an encouragement for me.

When you speak; it’s the sound of the harp being played by an angel inside my head.

Free From You

I imagine a world,

A world that’s true,

Not so cold,

Free from you.

I close my eyes, then I mesmerize

A human being, for whom I have a liking.

That figure…of a beautiful creature

I always find, crawling in my mind.

A Chapter After The River

Always lovely, always a part of me,

The taste of bittersweet agony,

Ina melody, of a brilliant symphony,

heard by every inch of my body.

A Heart Of Butterflies

I always remember,

How you closed my eyes

To your sweet surrender.

Moments of silence,

By this time I don’t know how,

Why were you born as such?

I blush too much…

A Question

A lot of things I worry about…

What do you see in her?

That you don’t give a doubt.

Here I am, just a loner.

Midnight and thinking of you before I sleep,

Sleep tight and you’re in my dreams.

Wake up and that dream is what I keep,

The day goes that’s just how it seems.

Lunch time and did you eat already?

My, do I think of you so much.

Just keep yourself healthy,

A Small Pleasure

It was the night you said I was beautiful,

And I felt a tingling in my heart.

It was a joke, which your mouth is full,

I just hope the joke has sincerity in its part.
