I LOVE him
he loves me
but why are we apart?
I love him
and he loves me
but why did we part?
I love him and my reason is..
simply because I love him alone

YOU ARE not supposed to be here.
But anytime soon, you’ll be here.
She’s not supposed to have you.
But anytime soon, she’ll have you.
It’s too early
for you to be in her life
It’s too early
to have you in her life

MAYBE IT’S not your fault.
Maybe it’s just time and stuff.
Maybe it’s just priorities.
Maybe it’s just obligations.
Maybe it’s just rules.

NOW, IT wouldn’t hurt to talk to a stranger,
–but one day, we’re not gonna be strangers anymore.
Now I’m falling for you,
–but one day, I’ll fall all over again.
Now I’m asking you for a friendship,
–but one day, I’ll ask for your heart.

I’VE BEEN waiting
Not searching
Because I knew I’ve known you
Long before I met you
You’re the one
I knew
The moment I saw you
I felt something
Something I just can’t explain
Something that is totally different
but then, something familiar

I’VE GOT to know you more.
I know you.
But I want to know you from you;
your voice, your story.
And I know you just know me by face
maybe by name also, but I’m not sure
but if by name too, then I’m lucky enough.
I’ve got your number.
Saved on my phone.
But I want your number from you;
your voice, your hand.

YOU ARE not supposed to tell me everything.
But it doesn’t mean that you should not tell me what I need to know.
You are not supposed to tell me everything.
But it doesn’t mean that you won’t let me know.
You are not supposed to tell me everything.
But it doesn’t mean that you will… lie
It’s hard to pretend everyday.
Everytime I see you, so does the lie.
I can see the lie you told us, you told me.

I DON’T know how others forgot the feelings.
I don’t know how they ended the love.
I don’t know how to stop it.
I know nothing..
coz for me, it’s just always here,
the feelings.. the love..
For me it will never fade,
it will never be gone,
but so does the hurt.

YOU TRIED to read what’s written in my paper
I was shy so I tried to cover it with my hand
But I heard you read the words silently
So I was unsuccessful in covering it
Then I look at you and saw the smile on your face
Then I look into your eyes and saw the sparkling of it.
I didn’t search for you in our class
But I notice I haven’t seen you
So upon realizing, it made me frown
How did I notice without searching for you
So I’m oblivious to the fact that I searched for you?
So I’m oblivious to the fact that I wanted to see you?

SORRY HAS been an everyday word.
when we did something wrong
when we hurt someone
when we ask for forgiveness
when we didn’t mean something
we simply say sorry
If we didn’t mean it
Sorry is just a word.

IT KIND of hurts
when all I care is you
It kind of hurts
when all I think is you
It kind of hurts
when all I remember is you.
It kind of hurts
it has been too long
but it seems
just yesterday.

I DON’T know how to react
I don’t know what to feel
I don’t know where to be
I don’t know why
I don’t know how to react
When I heard those kind of news
I know it’s not a good news
But there’s a part of me
That I can’t help but partake

I said I don’t care.
But in every sleep,
I saw you in my dreams.
And in every silence,
You heard my voice.
But we said we don’t care.

I KNOW we’re strangers
Yet I crossed my fingers
As you walk on by
But I don’t know why.
I know I’ve been staring
Your eyes are sparkling
But I notice the frown
In your head like a crown.

I STARE at the blank paper
a pen in my hand
I started to write
then I realized
I have written your name
so I crumpled the paper.
I stare at the blank paper
the pen still in my hand
I started to think
then I realized
I’m thinking of you
so I crumpled the paper.

YOU WON’T talk to me.
You don’t even mind looking at me.
I wanted to talk to you,
it’s just.. I’m too shy to do so.
I simply glimpse at you,
it’s just.. I don’t want you to notice.
We’re out of stories, nothing to talk about.
You wouldn’t open another topic.
But I want another conversation.
Yet I’m forced to say goodbye.

SHE’S TOO young to love you,
yet too young when she loved him.
She’s too gaunt for you,
yet too chubby for him.
She’s too silent for you,
yet too loud for him.
She’s too serious for you,
yet too comic for him.
She’s too loved by you,
yet too hurt by him.

my happiness in the ceiling
so I told him everything
he listens and listens
to my stories of sirens
he said, that’s great!
with a big smile of fate.

MAYBE THERE are feelings that won’t go away
in my heart I knew it will forever stay
Coz there are things that we can’t forget
have it started the moment we met
A wonderful friendship we’ve built
ended by what? Now there’s guilt.
Look, what happened? I didn’t understand
just one day, upside down, it’s how it stand
Over the years we knew one another
new and newer lil secrets we gather
And yet something breaks the bond between us
since then, things started falling apart in a dust.

IT’S BLINKING… It’s blinking…
Waiting for me. But it seems impatient.
So I started to type —tap tap tap tap
It’s still blinking… It’s blinking…
I can’t make it stop. It won’t stop.
And I want it to stop. But I didn’t stop typing.
Just so it’ll be constant. Somehow it will slow down.
But it’s still blinking… It’s blinking…
Make it stop. I want it to stop.
I don’t want anymore blinking. But it wouldn’t stop.
Why? Now I’m out of words. Now I’m lost for words.
I can’t make it stop. But please…
It’s still blinking… It’s blinking…
So I’ll just leave it. Nothing I can do.
It’s blinking… It’s blinking…
I’m mixed up. I’m drained.
So be it. So be it.

JUST ANOTHER human being
in a world where life is failing.
Neither I’ve known what your life’s like
nor the challenges you have hiked.
A creature molded by God
How perfect his hands must have had.
Inveigled by your pleasant smile,
stupefied by your sudden glimpse,
awakened by your soothing voice,
dejected by your own absence,
overthrown by your movement,
rebounded by your mere words,
entangled by your closeness;
Maybe you’re just anybody,
as for me you are somebody.

I OPEN my eyes, sleepiness’ still clinging
It was just another morning
I managed to get up, laziness’ still embracing
It was just another class.
The next morning didn’t have any difference at all
Just another day to breathe, another class to attend
But not until my eyes caught someone
They recognize you even before I did.

I TOOK your hand and hold it tight
I don’t want you out of my sight
When in darkness you gave me light
And it is coz of love, you fight.
In times of these I need to be strong
And you’ll be staying there for how long?
Waiting for you, my tears are prolonged
But it’s by your side where I belong.

THE BODY falls hard
a throbbing pain in the back
but in a moment
comfortable encompasses
when night fall,
The eyes beg for a close
filled with too much reality
but in a moment
escaped tears trickle
when night fall,
The time without care just goes on
as fast as the faster among the fastest
but in a moment
it fools us as if slowing itself
when night fall,
