Christmas Tree, Damned Christmas Tree

by Rhyme In Time

Based on O Tannenbaum (Oh Christmas Tree).

A Christmas tree, a Christmas tree!
In search of you my day’s spent.
A Christmas tree, a Christmas tree!
Search through the woods so fervent.

Have I committed mortal crime,
In frozen gulag to do time.
A Christmas tree, a Christmas tree!
Why don’t you all go get bent.

This Christmas tree? Damned Christmas tree!
The car’s too far now to see.
It has to be this Christmas tree?
How special could this one be?

I’m frozen from my head to feet,
All I want now is some heat.
All this for a Christmas tree
That will be yard waste on the street.
