Cheese

Orange, yellow, white
Milk of cow or goat
Made within the mold
Let it age a while
Mild to extra sharp

Serve with crackers
On a sandwich
In a salad
Or by itself

Hard or soft
Laced with holes
Crumbly, smooth

Well aged
Creamy

Cheese
