HE RAVAGED HER HEART

by thereluctantpoet

By Charles Robert Lindholm

Their Bodies
Intertwined
In The White
Heat Of Passion

Her Hopes
Of Love
Blossomed
In Her Heart

He Did His Best
To Keep Her Feelings
Flowing
So Her Dreams
Would Not Die
Before
He Had Satisfied
His Lust
In Their Days
In The Sun

As Heartless
And Cruel
As An Emotional
Tornado
He Ravaged
Her Heart
And Left Her
Without Looking
Back
As She Tried
To Find All The
Missing Pieces
Of Her Broken Heart
