She is the one

.

You are an ordinary lady,
With traces of beauty on your face
But plenty in your heart.
I run my hands over the lines on your face,
which were formed due to years of taking care of me.
You pull me to an embrace.
I feel the warmth of the summer, care of the autumn and joy of the spring.
At that moment, I know I’m home.

Every night, when I’m at my most vulnerable self,
I pray silently that you outrun my living years.
A tear trickles down and falls on the lines of my palm.

You are the one
Who will always be my first love.
It has always been you, my mother.
