Am I just summer to your heart?
not enough to fill your life
but only just a part
The warm and fun and carefree me
in sunshine and sunsets, on the beach
spending time together
but only for awhile
We save the memories
we know the truth
there is no future
we can reach
I am just summer
to your heart
but your soul
will always
love my season!
