Red III

A little bit of red came
to my driveway where it stayed
and stood alone, magnificent
with beauty there displayed
So gorgeous was its colour
that it brought a little tear
Vivid and resplendent
at this lovely time of year

(And no, I haven’t Photoshopped
the red to beautify
for it really is that vibrant
I am pleased to clarify)
