The Dreamy Glow

by Venkat

where lights bend not

when fires lose breath

where tears reach not

when leaves miss a hum

the stars came down

whispering the hum

the moon upon my arm

pouring the dreamy glow

where words miss homes

when love shied away

where feet missed the taps

when silence hung stubborn

the tea poured into hearts

love’s new woven fabric

the brush of a bold smile

painted silence into butterflies

where voices we hold, find not

when waves we held, gave not

where skies pause for our feet

when eyes seek meanings buried

the stars will come down

whispering the hum

the moon upon our arms

pouring the dreamy glow
