SHE STILL IS MOM TO ME: —— TO ALL THE MOMS – MOTHER OR NOT! (MY MOTHER’S DAY THANK YOU)

SHE STILL IS MOM TO ME

By Charles Robert Lindholm

Our DNA is not the same

though we share the same last name

it doesn’t matter much to me

about our genealogy

for you see, she still is Mom to me

She didn’t suffer with my birth

but I’ll say, for what it’s worth

there’s no one here upon this earth

that means as much to me

for you see, she still is Mom to me

Two Soulmates, side by side

DAD AND NANCY - WEDDING C
DAD AND NANCY - WEDDING KISS

when Dad took her as his bride

with a love so deep inside

DAD AND NANCY - WEDDING B

you knew it was meant to be

so you see, He gave my Mom to me

Now at night she dreams of when

she can be with Dad again

but she’s happy until then

to spend, her time with me

for you see, she still is Mom to me

Our DNA is not the same

though we share the same last name

it doesn’t matter much to me

about our genealogy

for you see, she still is Mom to me

Dedicated to my Mom, Nancy Lindholm, and the happy life

she shared, as Soulmates with my Dad

and

To all the Wonderful Women who are Mom’s – with or without being a Mother!!
