Shortsighted Downfall

Inoperable:
The spread of Climate’s cancer,
While men still suck cigs.

I wrote this a while back, and only just now realised I never clicked “publish”! It was inspired by the book The Sixth Mass Extinction. An excellent read, and highly provacative.

    And cars choke innocent lungs with their thougjtless emissions.
    Politicians fight over climate conditions
    And still he rolls a fag, though his infant gags on the smoke.
    And youth of today laugh at the joke that is our dying earth.
