The fog descended
Like a blanket of white
hiding everything from view
and everything so quiet
floating over the land
getting ever thicker
then a blink from the sun
and soon it was gone
back to normality
everyday life.

and everything so quite (quiet) …Really, it is the E’ that confuses so easily.
Quite – adverb: to the greatest extent; completely

Thanks, I get those two mixed up, I got a sign made for a home ” Quite room ” had to change it to ” Quiet room ” 🙂 🙂
