For my sweetheart

Your eyes have me lost and there seems not to be a map.
I gaze at your beautiful face and it is smiling back at me.
I’m just a poor girl but somehow you love me so.
I don’t deserve you, that’s for sure but I love you and I have joy now that you’re mine.
I’ve waited a thousand moons to meet you.
I have wandered to millions of worlds searching for you.

Your hands are fitting to mine and your lips stroke my broken skin.
My scarred face and my worthless soul.
I don’t know why God has given you to me but I’m not questioning it.
Im sure as hell glad he did.
Without you, I am nothing.
Without you my soul is empty and my energy is gone.
You give me the oxygen to survive the cold nights in this world.
I love you and that’s never going to change…
