A fox
head high, lips of a cave
    etched a rock
    strokes loud, killer teeth
‘This cave, dark as coal’

       nimble feet, doors of dawn
       spread a kiss
       a hug, skin tight
Dark dead, embrace of birth

      head low, lips of cave
      bled its heart
      teeth killed, disillusion
Leaves shook jeers, in fox’s eyes
