Poetry challenge: Valentines poem
(Valentine challenge)

My heart is overwhelmed at the thought of love in design.
Hearts are found everywhere just waiting to be mine.
God is love there is no doubt, He left His fingerprint all around,
A perfect heart in the center of a little red flower so round.
It’s in the sunflower’s center, and on the bush in a bloom.
Even in the heart of a tree the sun is about to consume .
So cute is the nose of a cat and hearts on a butterflies wing
Happiness all around makes me want to sing.
At the base of majestic mountains, a magnificient heart-shaped lake
Lies waiting for us to discover and gasp at its beauty in the mountains wake.
In the spinning genius of a common spider as it weaves its intricate web,
While around the world an island sits waiting for the tides ebb.
If we look very closely hearts are everywhere even on the nose of a horse.
But you must be watching closely or His prints of love just might pass you by, of course.
Taking a walk in the snow-blanketed woods, walking without fear,
Glancing up , there’s another heart on the rump of a beautiful deer.
The lady bug carries it with pride as she graces each tiny flower.
For God in nature whispers His love and His power
For when you least expect it, God will bless you with a Valentine
Even in the clouds on high, was where he sent mine!
