I questioned the bird
The bee
The leaf upon a tree
The earth
The sky
The cloud
The thunder rolling loud
The ocean vast and wide
Pushing at every side
The jetting rock, stone
This world, mankind’s home
The miracle of life, scourge of Death
The labored rattle of final breath…
I questioned all these eyes could see
Resolved, some answers are not to be
Still, I questioned.
