Curved Flights

This flesh, I hold no more
These bones, hold me no more
This blood, I feel no more
This heart, feels me no more
This mind, I keep no more
These thoughts, keep me no more

Winds, now I hold
Leaves, I caress
Leaping high
Into the sky

This moon, I touch
In a happy, curved flight
Rising the spirit, I carry
Locked in hollow dark
Of a tough synthetic skin
Kicked by a muscled foot
Of this life, I resisted
As human
