Magnets and Stones

Would you take me
Back to my place
The age of stones

When stones rubbed
to give light

When stones gave away
to be rounded

When stones loved
Be it silence or a song
Be it an embrace or in solitude
Be it a shade or in the Sun
Be it a journey or a sojourn

Would you take me
Out of this place
The age of magnets

Where magnets rub
to cling or repel

Where magnets take in
to be rounded

Where magnets love
If in silence, then not in songs
If in embrace, then not in solitude
If in a shade, then not in the Sun
If in a journey, then not in a sojourn
