Illume

by Karen

In the quiescent dark of eventide

In the scintillating light of early bright

Across the wild windswep’d savannah

And gently nudging the veiled coppice

I call out thy name

For all I am

Is all of You

You are set within this mural

This panorama I see before me

You are the burnish’d Utopia

And the depth of the Azure Seas

I call out thy name

For all I am

Is all of You

I defer my life energy to you

And pledge my fealty to you

This voyage is mine to undertake

I follow the path with resolve

I call out thy name

For all I am

Is all of You

You are the Dusk

You are the unbounded

You are the enduring

You are the Dawn

I call out thy name

For all I am

Is all of You

Illume

My Gaia

Illume for me

Show me the way

For all I am

Is all of You

And I call out thy name
