Acceptance (acrostic poem)

by Michelle Sherlock

Photo of two hands graffittied with words of aceptance

Accept me

Completely

Call me and really hear me

Envelope me with your love

Practice patience like God above

Tell me you forgive me often

And all shame will be forgotten

Now I will do the same for you

Cancelling rejection too

Every day this I’ll do, if you will just love me true
