Sober January ~ haiku

by Colly

Layers of yellow ribbon the sky.
Luminous ~ offsets woolen gray.

January cloaks in sober Niveous.
Pale day’s pillaging colors surely.

Sept for sunsets ~ mother unties.
Her rosy hair for night-time flare.
