Poem of the Day — Through the Envelope

by paturnerlee

Through the Envelope

Pushed, squeezed indelibly acquiesced

Pressure angled sharpened to produce

Shiny new bangle to shackle and structure

Bricks that are broken

Inept and incongruous to nature

Growing in ignorance

Thoughtless and driven

Possessing the wings of destruction

A charge for beauty is given

A calm entreaty for improvement

Please thyself then please others

Share all together

No need to suffer

Any more

Than

Before
