Poem of the Day — Yes Man

by paturnerlee

Yes Man

Blistered and bleeding heart broken

In muddy pond covered;

Waves relieved and positioning

An idea to penetrate deeper

Seek a seeker

Plant a seed a sower

Clever talk a political gesture

Further deterring

Brave souls trying

Walk a path

Pave a question

Fill in the cracks with loose rubble

Settle down with dust

Harden resolve

Beaming from ear to ear

Raise the spirit

In one hand

Then down

With the other
