Closet Closure

by Apurva

I searched for me

in the mangled remains

of my preciously rebellious hair,

Down gushing streams

of silent pain,

seen only as a tear,

Behind forbidden doors

of hopeless desires

I knew nothing about,

 Only to find myself,

in the warmth

of your sunlight,

streaming

straight to my heart…
