Tyrant Tales

by Seafarrwide

Each word like a knife cutting deep

Slivers of my shield he did deplete

He has no sense of humanity

But are a true tyrant of meanness and vulgarity

Hurling criticism everywhere never a praise

Continual attacks you learn is not a phase

Exposing that little girl that did weep

Once upon a time in her deep sleep

Many years of toil of diversity embraced

So easily shattered with harmful words of distaste

By a Tyrant who enjoys to make people squirm

Harmful words cutting like burns

Good people’s qualities and confidence tossed

Too late for him to undo the loss

Visions of grandeur will not make him bend

His own ignorance and inexperience will determine his end

Blinding the purpose of his very existence

Learning nothing but destroying everything of resistance

Karma will shadow him until it’s too late

He won’t recognise his faults before his deserved fate

Though I can be made to feel the knife deep

I am now wiser and won’t go down in defeat
