New Day

Darkness knocked at my door last night
tried to come in and eat me alive
The Red Moon rises in the sky
Brought Warrior Angels nigh

It’s a new day dawning and I’m wearing the Sunshine
It’s a new day dawning and I’m wearing the Sunshine
It’s a new day dawning and I’m wearing the Sunshine
Gonna rise and fly

Old days and old ways came to life
Sorrow and shame danced in the night
The Red Moon rises in the sky
Joy came with the morning light

It’s a new day dawning and I’m wearing the Sunshine
It’s a new day dawning and I’m wearing the Sunshine
It’s a new day dawning and I’m wearing the Sunshine
Gonna rise and fly
