~ Reflections ~

by ladyliterati

Swimming with the moon
The stars
The placid lake
Rippled with light
Rippled with life
And I sat
On the moons lap
While holding a star

Letting it drip
Through my fingers
As liquid gold,
All the while
Watching the overcast
Of clouds rolling in
Intent on mischief
Ruining my play
My abandonment
Covering my nakedness
In cloud.
