A Seed Unknown

by Venkat

are we not fruits, dear
graced under one branch
perched high by birth
blessed with a vision
to watch life pass by
never yet, glimpse ourselves

our feelings felt by a distance
under nature’s breeze bestowed
concealed by taste of touch
the seed remains unknown

  1. Great imagery . . . A good reminder that until a seed falls into the ground and dies it has little chance of bringing a harvest . . . Simple yet so profound . . .
