The path
Lit by the glow of
Fireflies
Is usually
A canvas of creeping
Tangled darkness at night.
But somehow
On some summer nights
With your sandals in your hands
You walk barefoot
Drowsily
following the path
Lit by fireflies
Feeling
The earth swell like a river
Under your feet
And your sleepy sighs
Become
The song
Of river and
Firefly
