Looking around at the aftermath
Tornado debris scattered around
So many suffering loss of homes
Memories left strewn on the ground.
Shelter are built to protect lives
Hoping warnings are given in time
But when homes are hit, breaking
Looters can come to commit crime.
How do we tolerate these lowlife’s
That can take these memories away
Sneaking in while the people mourn
Their actions disgust me, in every way.
I know it’s said they’ll reap their due
So I’ll just hope they’ll have to pay
I’ll help the victims pick up what’s left
And hope tomorrow brings a better day.
