“Seasons of You”

by Heather's Starting End

Pour down
As the first rain of Spring
Soak me from head to toe
Illuminate me
Like a glorious rainbow strewn across the sky

Give me a love
That is hotter
Than a sweltering heat wave in Summer
Allowing no relief
In sight

A wild leaf in motion
Whisk me away
On your changing breeze
On that gold toned day in Autumn

Embrace me like a tree
Naked in Winter
In the warmth of its snow
