Signs Of Maturity

by Venkat

A twist
Of a smile
Deep enough to attract
Yet enough
To stop

A tone
Of a voice
Sweet enough to woo
Yet enough
To dupe

A touch
Of a finger
Soft enough to enchant
Yet enough
To dread

A move
Of the eyes
Firm enough to suggest
Yet enough
To doubt

A style
Of new attire
Strong enough to permit
Yet enough
To block

A wave
Of the hand
Long enough to invite
Yet enough
To think

With due respect to the attractive poetry format of Peter N. 🙂
