Nonplus

Poetry challenge: Limerick.

This is a word I think needs be discussed.
Latin times, but no more, it wasn’t fussed.
But our parents got confused, perplexingly.
Now kids misuse it, unimpressively.
Do you know what it means? I’m quite nonplussed.

    Must resurrect a poem I wrote way back in the mist of time for the word fecundity – liked this.
