Tonight I’ll find a wishing well
Tomorrow’s a new day

Before it’s too late

I need someone to show me the way
Why do my dreams keep slipping away?
Spent a whole lifetime running away

I incessantly question my abilities
To learn from my mistakes
I’d probably need a guillotine
To put me in my placeThe waves come crashing down so fast
When the storm was over
The sky turned black
Now I pray for sunshine
I pray that I can escapeTonight I’ll write my eulogy
