I saw a boy with blond curly hair
I thought that’s Oliver over there
Then he turned around with a small smile
It was not you – not by a mile.
He seemed to be a little shy
And he had a brother standing by

They stood together just over there
And between them they held a teddy bear.
The bear was broke with fur all rough
And stuffing spilling – such a scruff –
But with this bear – they took such care
And cuddled in turn, such love to share.
